This is the perfect illusion, three ropes of different lengths (small, medium, and long) are freely shown.  They then magically change to three ropes of equal lengths, and then change back to their original size of different lengths.  The thing that makes this trick so unique and so perfect is that there are no gimmicks to the ropes. They are just three pieces of rope of various lengths.

Pom-pom stick

You show a stick that has a red, yellow, black, and pink pom-poms on it. One of the  pom-poms  is the long pom-pom and another pom-pom  is the short pom-pom. As you pull on the pom-poms they go up and down and appear to be all hooked together Then to the amazement of your audience you pull the stick apart and show that they are not all hooked together. You put it back together and instantly it all works again. A very baffling and entertaining trick that is very easy to do.
