To insure that the right entertainment is chosen for the event, meeting planners and organizers need to look at 5 key factors when planning the event.
1. Time slot to be filled
2. Message or Theme of event
3. Number of participants
4. Age of participants
5. Interest
6. Budget

The right time slot for the right type of entertainment is key and extremely important. You don’t want to book a serious speaker for an after dinner event. You need a fun and entertaining speaker or entertainer such as a Comedian, Comedy Magician, Juggler, Comedy Stage Hypnotist, or other variety act.
Keeping with the theme or message of the event is also a very important element when planning the event. The message should be weaved all through the event and the entertainment should fit the theme.

Age and Interest of the group should be a big consideration as well when selecting entertainment. An Oldies band for the Y generation might not be the right band for that age group. Comedian Magician / Comedy Stage Hypnotist/and Corporate Entertainer Gary Roberts dazzled and hypnotized everyone this past weekend at the New York Comedy Club in Boca Raton Florida. Friday and Saturday nights were sold out to packed audiences. Each show had 12 people on stage and after being hypnotized they became the stars of the show. They were fun and very entertaining shows. CAAG Convention

I had a fantastic time performing at the CAAG Convention held at the Sea Palm Convention Center in St. Simon Georgia this past Friday night, what a fun group. I’m sure everyone enjoyed the comedy and magic show. Wish I could have done more close up magic for the group but time was short. I plan to have more information coming soon and pictures.
